The moment the sunshine comes out in the UK it seems so do the barbecues. Everyone loves a barbecue! My favourite thing this summer will definitely be barbecued chicken with peri peri rub. It tasted amazing! Here are a couple of pictures from my Saturday cook off.
I am definitely excited to experiment lots more- hopefully we get a gorgeous summer here!
